Application Procedure

The 6 steps below are all that is required for you to apply for admission to the university of your choice.

Stage A: Submit a completed online application form, pay the application fee and send supporting documents.

The supporting documents are:

• Copy of High School dimploma translated to English or Polish.
• Proof of application fee payment (bank swift + completed fee transfer form).
• Complete university application form.
• Entrance Exam registration form.

Note: All documents must be submitted to:

IMS will contact applicants by email to confirm receipt (expect confirmation within one week of receipt of completed materials). Applicants who do not hear from IMS within the specified period can assume that their applications are incomplete. Stage B: Sign up for the preparation course (These courses are not mandatory but were designed specifically to help students pass the rigorous university entrance exam).

Stage C: Sign up for and pass the university entrance exam.

Stage D: Receive a university acceptance/rejection letter or provisional acceptance* letter.

*The provisional acceptance letter means that your admission into the university is pending until all complete documents are submitted and the applicant passes the the entrance exam in Biology and Chemistry.

Stage E: If accepted to the university, pay the registration fee and submit the following documents: 

• Passing Grade on Entrance Exam (or proof of exemption due to university level course credit)
• Housing Form
• Complete Application Form for Warsaw University of Life Sciences- SGGW - please send original form (not copy)
• 4 photos + electronic version for the electronic student ID card. Requirements are as follows:
  • A NEW Color photo 4.5 x 3.5 cm at 300 DPI, 24 BIT Color
  • JPG form
  • Head upright, head must cover more than 50% of the picture
•  Secondary/High School diploma with Apostille
  • Original
  • Certified translation to Polish or certified copy in English
• Academic degree, BA, BSc, or academic records if applicable
• Completed Medical Report Form. This form must have a certified translation into Polish or a certified copy in English.
• Medical insurance coverage for studying in Poland- (blue UEIC for UE residents.)
• Copy of passport + copy of visa for non-EU residents*
• Proof of registration fee payment.
• Proof of t 1st installment of tuition fee payment.
• Certificate of tetanus vaccination (in Polish or a certified copy in English)
•  CV

* Visa or residence permit (for non-EU residents). Applicants outside the EU must please contact the Polish Embassy in their country prior to arriving to Poland.

Stage F: Pay the tuition fee.
