Application Fees

Below is a chart detailing the types of application fees and deadlines.

*The application fee includes the University entrance exam fee.

There are  two payment methods available to pay your fees.

Preparation Course Fee

Enrolling in the preparation course is optional.

The course fee is €750 Euros. The application fee and entrance exam fee are waived for students who registered in the preparation course.

Registration Fee

Once an applicant receives a formal acceptance letter from the University, the registration fee of €650 Euros must be paid IMMEDIATELY, however, no later than August 31, 2013.

Since a limited number of openings are available each academic year, only once the registration fee is paid, will the applicant's position be secure in the programme.

The total annual tuition fee is € 8,500  Euros.

Please Note:

• The fees are the tuition fees quoted by the University.
• All fees, tuition, and charges are subject to change without notice.
• The fees do not include expenses such as travel or cost of living.
• All students are advised to budget realistically before embarking on a course. Students are also advised to confirm such expenses, including exact tuition fees and methods of payment, directly with the University.
• The payments listed above should be made by bank transfer in Euros before the deadline indicated
• Transfer fees must be carried by the sender, not the beneficiary.

• Applicant’s full name must appear on transfer form.
• Upon arriving at UPJS, You will be asked to place a deposit of €500 Euros for loaning University textbooks.
• This deposit will be returned at the end of the prgram once all books have been returned (undamaged) to the University library.
