would like to apply for Vet Medicine Program in Poland |
01/05/2012 15:54:00 Felix |
Hello, I'm a student who will be graduated from a university in Hong Kong this year (My last semester has just been over and I'm waiting for the result and thus I'll then actually graduated in June I suppose). My major subject is Computer Science so I guess I'll need to take the entrance exam, is that right? If so, may I know if there would be any exams being held in Hong Kong?? I've checked on this web and I don't see any though. I think that would definitely be a great trouble for me to take the exam and thus apply for the program if there's none in Hong Kong.
Thank you so much for the attention and I am looking forward to your advice.

Hi,
It's been days and I still got nothing except your message above. I don't mean to urge anyone but it's just, as you know, the deadline of the application is approaching. I have to clean up all these questions in my mind before making that application.
Best, Felix

Hi there,
I am a 25yr old Irish registered veterinary nurse and I would like to continue my studies and become a vet. I was wondering how many places there are in the DVM courses in Poland etc for international students?
Also I have researched entrance exam dates and wondered are these dates finalised for Ireland?
Are there any age limits for the course and is it purely on exams to be accepted or is there interviews also in place?
I greatly appreciate your help.
Kindest regards,
Kelly.

Hi, Thanks for contacting IMS. The 7,600 Euros is an annual tuition fee (per year). So, the total program costs 7,600 * 6 = 45,600 Euros. Please email info@ims-medstudy.com for further inquiries. Best, Michal

Preparation for entrance exams |
01/03/2012 01:08:00 Cynthia |
Hello,
I live in Poland and I want to study veterinary medicine there. I took biology in the international baccalaureate program but I didn't take the chemistry course so my knowledge on this subject is limited. I couldnt find any information about taking the entrance program in Poland and how long does the intensive preparation take for the entrance exam?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hi, I emailed 'info@ims-medstudy.com' in order to find out about applying to vet school in Poland or Czech Republic but still haven't received an answer (I sent it two weeks ago). I was asking to find out if I need to pass the entrance exams as I'm finishing a an animal science course. Do I have to contact via a different address or is it normal I haven't received a reply yet? Thanks

Veterinary in Europe |
23/03/2012 12:06:00 Ciaran |
Hi I am studying for the Budapest exams at the moment which are on in May, from hat I see there are 4 European options out from the UK and UCD. Budapest, Kosice in Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic. I was going to sit the GAMSAT exams but they are very difficult and UCD is also the most expensive by a long way, so it looks as if eastern Europe is my option. If I can be of any help to you let me know. I am going to Budapest next weekend to have a look at the campus and the city.

Hi Nicola, Thank you for your inquiry. Currently we do not have entrance exam dates finalized. You can look at last year dates to get an idea at http://www.ims-medstudy.com/_Entrace_Exams_Veterinary_School_Medical_School_Dental_School. However, if you let me know as to your location and interests I can provide you with a representative in your area to personally answer all your questions. There are no oral exams in veterinary medicine as to date and the exam dates are very flexible with the students.
